In celebration of the Olympic Day, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and World Health Organization (WHO) had initiated a collaborative effort known as the ‘Let’s Move’ campaign, emphasising the significance of regular physical exercise for maintaining good health and wellbeing.
By encouraging people of all ages and backgrounds to engage in physical activities, the initiative seeks to combat sedentary lifestyle and its associated health risks.
Women’s singles world No.2 An Se Young has jumped on the bandwagon, calling on everyone to join her in moving on Olympic Day.
Watch the Korean superstar strut her stuff as she invites YOU to get active for at least 30 minutes daily.
Two-time Olympic medallist Pusarla V. Sindhu is also among a host of big sporting names such as football legend David Beckham and swimmer Yusra Mardini to support this campaign to get active.
